The Justice Center Parking Garage is attached to the Durham County Courthouse. The Durham County Department of Transportation website does not list parking rates for this deck. However, other public parking decks in Durham County charge $1.25 per hour and $13.75 per day, so be prepared.

- Weapons such as firearms and knives are not allowed in the courthouse. Anything that could be construed or used as a weapon, such as scissors, nail files, or other sharp objects, should be left at home or in your car.
